Class Details

This private class is designed for both expectant moms and their support partners to practice and experience various coping techniques in preparation for labor and childbirth. We suggest taking this private class late in pregnancy during the last month (34-38 weeks). This class requires that clients have taken a childbirth class previously or are second-time parents looking for a refresher.

Class Topics:

  • Ways to incorporate breathing, relaxation, and visualization
  • How manage anxiety, tension, and pain
  • Labor positions – why and when they are effective
  • Moms and their partners will practice different positions
  • Comfortable clothing and/or workout attire recommended for practicing positions and skills
