How lucky we are here at the Motherhood Center! Everyday we are blessed with the love that radiates from expecting moms and new moms as they experience the journey of motherhood.
Meroë Morse, M.D. and her husband arrived in Houston from New York. Shortly after they settled in, they visited the Motherhood Center. As a newly expecting couple, they had many things on their minds – from finding an OB-GYN, midwife & pediatrician to setting up their new home, adjusting to their new jobs and to the idea of their new baby coming soon. We see this pretty often. Many of our clients are either relocating to Houston from California, New York, and other parts of the country and world or are returning to Houston to begin their families.
Meroë attended pregnancy education classes, received massages, joined us for the baby bump social and practiced prenatal yoga with us during her pregnancy. We had the honor of spending time with her just a couple of days before her precious baby boy arrived {absolutely precious!}.
After months of preparation and classes that were taken here at the Motherhood Center to prepare for the big day we love to hear from our clients about their birthing experience. It brings me tremendous joy to finally see Mom and Baby together!
Motherhood is an amazing journey that requires a village of support. This is the main reason why the Motherhood Center was created. To offer services, classes, products and support to expecting women, new mommies and daddies all under one roof – to recreate their village. A place where they feel comfortable being nurtured and provided with quality information as they grow as a family.
We all feel so honored and privileged to be part of these special time for our clients.
